About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day operations of our boutique. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury retail, a keen eye for fashion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do
* Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, team management, and visual merchandising
* Lead by example to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
* Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships
* Assist in managing, motivating, and developing the sales team
* Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Ensure the store is fully stocked and efficiently managed
* Oversee and support point‑of‑sale processes
* Actively participate in receiving and managing new shipments
* Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and brand information
* Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
Who you are
* Friendly, confident, and engaging personality with strong leadership qualities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven experience in retail, ideally within luxury or designer fashion
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
