Essential Responsibilities: Facilitate operational purchasing to ensure timely delivery of supporting inventories. Ensure all required tooling kits are accurately prepared and dispatched for scheduled outages. Ensure prompt delivery of accurate kits. Verify that each kit prepared for outages contains the correct tools and components. Address discrepancies proactively to avoid delays. Perform regular checks and maintenance on all tools to ensure they are in proper working order. Monitor tooling stock levels to prevent shortages. Coordinate with procurement or relevant departments to replenish inventory as needed. Accurately input and update tooling data into the Equipment Tooling Management (ETM) system, ensuring traceability and compliance. Qualifications/Requirements: Degree from an accredited College/University or technical field or equivalent work experience; Experience in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, and preparing kits for dispatch. Desired Characteristics: Customer Service oriented; MS Office/EXCEL proficiency; Strong communication skills; Strong organizational skills with high attention to details.
