Working closely with the Head of Sales - IMEA, you will oversee and develop current client accounts directly.

Salary & Benefits
1. Salary: £27, - £29, (DOE)

Flexible start and finish times
Monday-Thursday: 8:20am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:20am - 1:30pm (early finish every week!)

Job Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while identifying opportunities to grow and expand accounts.
Acting as the key point of contact for existing customers, you will support the Head of Sales - IMEA in driving regional growth and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
19. Proactively manage and grow allocated, existing customer accounts
20. Manage the full sales pipeline via CRM - from lead through to negotiation and close, including preparing quotations
21. Generate and qualify new business opportunities with existing customers within your territory
22. Meet and exceed agreed targets
23. Provide product information and Tier 1 technical support
24. Prepare structured account action plans for key accounts
25. Track and report on KPIs, producing monthly reports and sales presentations
26. Participate in ongoing training and development
27. Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the Head of Sales - IMEA
What We're Looking For
28. Experience as an Account Manager or similar customer/sales role
29. Experience working with technical products
30. Strong growth mindset and commercial awareness
31. Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and Teams
32. CRM and Office proficiency
33. Proactive, selfmotivated, and collaborative approach
34. A genuine desire for continuous improvement
