All About You
Our client is looking for a confident, experienced Spa Therapist who is passionate about delivering five-star treatments and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will:
* Hold an HND, NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
* Be skilled in all aspects of beauty therapy, including massages, facials, waxing, and manicures (essential competency and experience in gel manis/pedis and Intimate Waxing)
* Have previous experience working in a spa environment
* Ideally, have experience working with ishga products (though full training will be provided)
* Be friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, with excellent guest care skills
* Be proactive in learning and development and keen to grow within a supportive team environment
What Will You Be Doing?
* Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
* Performing core spa treatments to the highest standards, following brand routines
* Maintaining strong product knowledge and keeping up-to-date through training
* Upselling treatments and retail products to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
* Supporting the Senior Therapist and Spa Manager with additional duties as needed
* Shift pattern: Standard working week 5 days of 7. Standard working hours 8:45-6:10pm daily, average 42.5 hours per week. Weekend working will be required. 55-minute unpaid lunch break.
