Job Description
Working with a leading business in Runcorn who are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Hybrid working, c£50,000 base + bonus.
Job Responsibilities
1. Promote and support traditional & agile project management best practices, coaching teams on methodology, tools, and governance to embed a consistent PMO approach across the organisation.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Charters, project plans, and RAIDD logs, to support transparency, control, and informed decision-making.
3. Engage and manage stakeholders across the business, facilitating workshops, boards, and change control processes to drive collaboration and secure project buy-in.
4. Ensure effective risk and issue management, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
Key Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
* Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive alignment and secure commitment across complex projects.
* Highly organised, with excellent planning and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple programmes and workstreams simultaneously.
* Skilled in leading meetings, workshops, and programme boards to foster collaboration and ensure project objectives are clearly understood and owned.
* Adept at maintaining project structure and governance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery in fast-paced environments.
Prior LEAN experience desirable.
