Recruitment Delivery Consultant

This is not a support role.

This is not passive recruitment.

Stanley Cowton International is a founder-led executive search firm operating across the GMP and Chemical sectors globally. We deliver complex, high-value, and confidential searches, often in highly technical environments.

We are hiring a Delivery Consultant to own and drive the candidate side of our searches, from first brief through to successful close.

The opportunity

You will lead the execution of technically complex searches end-to-end:

* Taking detailed client briefs, often with real technical depth
* Translating requirements into clear, structured search strategies
* Mapping niche markets across engineering, manufacturing, and construction
* Headhunting hard-to-find, specialist talent
* Managing candidates through the full process, from engagement to close

These are precision searches, not volume recruitment.

You are expected to think, adapt, and deliver.

This is a sales role in execution, you influence, qualify, and close at every stage.

What commitment looks like

This is not a 9–5.

* You take ownership of outcomes, not just activity
* You do what is required to move a search forward, not what is convenient
* You stay on problems until they are solved
* You hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else will

Some days will require more. Some weeks will be intense.

That is the reality of delivering at a high level in executive search.

This role will not suit everyone.

What we’re looking for

You will likely have:

* Experience in technical recruitment, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, life sciences, or construction
* A track record of delivering niche or hard-to-fill roles
* Strong candidate management across complex hiring processes

More importantly, you will demonstrate:

* A clear sales mentality, influencing, qualifying, and closing
* The ability to understand and communicate technical roles with credibility
* High ownership and accountability
* Relentless work ethic and consistency

If you can also help grow existing relationships, that’s a strong advantage.
