Our client in Guildford is looking for an Onboarding Executive to support the Senior Onboarding Executive in managing new client accounts. The main focus of this role is to ensure that all new clients meet the company’s compliance requirements, particularly around anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, and excel at building strong client relationships while maintaining compliance standards. Analyse client backgrounds, business activities, and ownership structures to identify potential risks. Ensure all client information is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organised. Report high-risk or suspicious clients to the appropriate compliance team for further investigation.
