Process Industry Manufacturing Technician Apprentice

Moove Europe in conjunction with Cogent Skills are looking for an apprentice to join their growing business as a Process Industry Manufacturing Technician.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Process Industry Manufacturing Technician Apprentice to join our growing lubrication manufacturing business. This hands‑on apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to work within a modern industrial manufacturing environment while gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

You will learn how lubricant products are blended, processed, tested, and packaged while developing valuable technical, operational, and problem‑solving skills.


Qualification Requirements

English & Maths grade C/4 or above


Salary

£18 000 – 19 000 per annum

Gravesend, Kent


Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30


Duration

Internal & External Communications Apprentice

This role will primarily support internal communications to ensure local and global messages from key business units are shared in an engaging and timely way across the UK campus, and support the delivery of the external communication strategy to build and enhance the company’s profile and reputation.


Job Responsibilities

* Establish effective working relationships with relevant colleagues to ensure a regular flow of communication material
* Plan an annual calendar of UK communication aligned with the global calendar
* Support development of a campus‑wide quarterly bulletin
* Support maintenance, development and engagement with digital channels (intranet, internal social media, UK website and social media channels)
* Support PVUs and other business units in delivering communication activities
* Ensure all communications are compliant with the UK & Irish codes of practice


Candidate Requirements

* Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with ability to target communications to specific audiences and topics
* Confident using IT including Microsoft Office and other digital platforms
* Ability to understand and relay complex information simply
* Ability to analyse feedback and suggest solutions for improvement
* Interest in people and understanding how they are motivated
* Understanding of social media segmentation and targeting
* Understanding of digital content creation


Training To Be Delivered

Qualification: PR and communications assistant apprenticeship Level 4

Apprenticeship Standard: Public relations and communications assistant

Training Provider: Cambridge Marketing College

Delivery model: Training completed online

Data Science Apprentice – Pfizer

What can I achieve and what will I be responsible for? The commercial analytics environment is complex, data‑rich, and continuously evolving — making it an ideal setting to develop strong analytical and technical skills while contributing to meaningful business outcomes. As a Data Science Apprentice within the Cluster IIS & AI team, you will work alongside experienced analytics and AI professionals to explore data, generate insights, and support the delivery of impactful commercial intelligence across multiple European markets.


Data Analysis & Insight Generation

* Source, access, and manipulate commercial and market datasets to support decision‑making.
* Explore, profile, and transform data to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
* Apply statistical analysis and data science techniques to identify trends, risks, and commercial opportunities.
* Visualise data through dashboards, reports, and storytelling to communicate findings.
* Support the design, monitoring, and evaluation of AI pilots deployed across cluster markets.
* Assist in integrating AI‑generated insights into existing performance tracking and commercial planning workflows.
* Help test and validate new digital tools and data‑driven approaches.


Commercial Performance & Measurement

Facilities Helpdesk Apprentice – Immunocore

The Business & Helpdesk Apprentice will support the Facilities Management (FM) function by coordinating help‑desk activities, maintaining accurate CAFM/CMMS data, assisting with contractor management, and providing essential business administration support. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop strong operational, organisational, and communication skills within a fast‑paced FM environment.

Job Responsibilities

* CAFM & Helpdesk Coordination (Agility / CARM / CMMS)
o Manage and track service tickets within the CMMS, ensuring all tasks are logged, updated, and closed out accurately.
o Chase and file service reports on Agility, ensuring documentation is complete and stored correctly.
o Close out contractor tickets on Agility and upload associated service sheets.
o Run scheduled and ad‑hoc reports on CARM and Agility to support FM operations.
o Assign help‑desk requests where auto‑allocation is not in place.
o Perform data entry tasks across Agility and other FM systems to maintain accurate asset and job records.
* Business Administration Support
o Create and process new supplier requests in line with procurement procedures.
o Raise purchase orders (POs) as required.
o Liaise with the Finance team to chase unpaid invoices under direction from management.
o Maintain and organise the central T‑Drive, ensuring documentation is structured and accessible.
o Support the development of Business Operating Processes.
o Create, update, and manage the FM Standards Manual.
* AMICI Helpdesk Coordination
o Upload certificates, maintenance schedules, and contractor reports to AMICI, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
o Update maintenance schedules and add new planned visits following contractor attendance.
o Manage work orders in AMICI, including closing out PPM and reactive tasks.
o Raise purchase orders for Lab Services, including coordinating with AMICI to obtain PO links.
o Perform data entry tasks within AMICI to maintain accurate asset and maintenance information.
o Support contractor management, including booking contractors in/out and assisting with HSE “show and tell” briefings.
o Assign annual maintenance contracts to assets within AMICI as required.
* Health & Safety Team Support
o Raise purchase orders via NetSuite to support H&S activities.
o Assist with general administrative tasks to support the H&S team’s operational needs.
* Other
o Ability to plan daily workload in collaboration with team leads and communicate effectively throughout the team/business.
o This job operates in a professional office & laboratory environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.
