£12.60 per hour (£12.80 on weekends). Travel time and mileage paid.
Location
Wrexham, Brymbo, Gwersyllt, Gresford, Acton, Marchwiel Caia Park - LL11, LL12, LL13.

Job Description
What you’ll do
* Support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, following individual care plans.
* Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and medication.
* Help with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes and housework.
Qualifications
We do not require previous social care experience. We look for compassion, resilience and a willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
