Requirements:
* Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs (either in a school or care setting)
* A compassionate, patient and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A proactive and flexible attitude towards challenges
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
* Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is desirable
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
