Contribute to both large and small-scale projects, working both individually and as part of a team, where appropriate
~ Collaborate with software developers, product owners, and SMEs to understand the scope of the documentation requirements for your allocated product(s)
~ Learn how to review and edit documentation produced by various teams to ensure quality, clarity, and adherence to established standards
~ Provide guidance and support to team members on technical writing best practices
~ Basic understanding of technical concepts, software development, or IT systems
~ Microsoft Word, MadCap Flare, Confluence, Git, or similar)
~ Willingness to learn and grow in a technical writing career
Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and/or legacy operating systems is advantageous
~ Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems
~ Experience in DevOps, Security, or Compliance IT sectors
