We are currently working with a leading, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy who are seeking a Senior Acoustic Consultant to join their Wokingham office. The Role
As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering projects across a wide range of sectors – from performance spaces and workplaces to large-scale urban developments. You will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients and your responsibilities will include:
Leading small to medium projects from concept through to completion.
Collaborating with project teams on large-scale developments.
Carrying out sound measurements and acoustic analysis using industry-leading tools and software including CadnaA, SoundPLAN, ODEON etc.
Producing high-quality technical reports, presentations, and advice for clients.
Attending client meetings and liaising with stakeholders.
Contributing to the continuous development of acoustic design standards and practices.About You
The successful candidate will be a motivated and creative individual with the following:
Proven experience in acoustic engineering / acoustic consultancy within the UK.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Acoustics (or equivalent), or a related discipline with an IOA Diploma.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.What’s on Offer
