Part II Architecture Assistant - ESA Architecture role at WSP in the UK & Ireland. Talented Part II Architectural Assistant wanted to join our busy Cardiff studio. We are an in-person client facing business seeking designers to work with and mentor on multiple new projects in the UK and beyond, varying in size. These projects comprise office, rail, and commercial developments for governmental, corporate, and institutional clients.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects
* Demonstrate design sensitivity and awareness for high quality graphics
* Production of drawn and graphic information in 2D and 3D
* Assisting in the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages at the highest standard
* Show awareness of productive team working
Qualifications
* Part I and II from a leading school of Architecture
Knowledge & Skills
* Must have architectural experience with knowledge of one or more sectors, including workspace and commercial mixed-use projects
* Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Revit & AutoCAD capability
* Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Show a keen interest in the built environment
* Be able to work under own initiative or as part of a team
* Have an ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively
* Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
