We are working with an established consultancy that is expanding its Bristol team and looking for a driven Senior QS to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, is confident chairing post-contract meetings, and has a keen eye for cost management. If you have experience acting as an Employer's Agent, that would be a huge plus!

The Role


As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering projects from pre to post-contract stages. You'll be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and dispute resolution while working closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Experience with JCT and Design & Build contracts is essential.
