This year, we are celebrating Clarks' 200-year legacy. Just because our brand has a fantastic history, that doesn't mean we're not looking to the future. In fact, we're excited about all the new ideas and concepts our people are bringing to the company, and it's our people that make us a world-leading brand. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a passionate recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading end-to-end recruitment activities for our UK and European business.
The Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the delivery of an effective and consistent recruitment service to hiring managers, providing a highly engaging experience for candidates. You will drive a direct sourcing model, utilising various platforms to source candidates for live vacancies and engage with talent for future opportunities. You will take the initiative to learn about the business and the different departments, build great relationships with hiring managers, and actively seek to understand the team's future resource needs to provide timely support. As a brand ambassador, you will also help candidates understand what Clarks can offer as an employer, while providing a seamless candidate experience that is both professional and authentic.
