Senior Project Manager – Hybrid Hospitality Developments, UK
Location: UK-based, with flexibility for occasional travel across Europe.
Salary:£65,000 – £80,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and progression opportunity.
An innovative and fast-growing hospitality platform is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its development team. Specialising in hybrid hotel and hostel concepts, their developments include the refurbishment of existing assets and the creative conversion of commercial buildings into modern, multifunctional spaces. The Role
You’ll take the lead on pre-construction activities across multiple projects, from post-acquisition through to contractor tendering (RIBA Stages 1–4/5). Working closely with senior leaders across development, acquisitions, and construction, you’ll also support technical due diligence for new sites, influencing the future pipeline at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead development projects from early feasibility through planning, design, and pre-construction.
* Coordinate design teams and external consultants, ensuring key milestones are met.
* Oversee project budgets, timelines, and reporting for internal stakeholders and investors.
* Contribute to acquisition due diligence, including technical site assessments.
* Manage planning conditions, procurement strategies, and stakeholder communications.
* Identify and mitigate project risks to protect timelines, cost, and quality.
What You’ll Bring
* Project or development management experience, ideally in hospitality, student living, or mixed-use schemes.
* Strong track record in refurbishments or change-of-use projects, including RIBA Stage 1–4/5.
* Confident communicator and collaborator across internal teams and external partners.
* Highly organised with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
