PRODUCTION ACCOUNT MANAGER
// SPORT. FASHION. CULTURE //
Reporting to: Head of Creative
Hours: 5 Days per week. 8 hours per day.

Location: Liverpool (with travel for work)
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
At Yeti, we create campaigns, shoots, and end-to-end creative for some of the world’s biggest names in fashion and sport. We bring bold ideas to life with a mix of creativity and production know how.
This newly created role is a unique opportunity for the right person to join our hardworking, talented and collaborative team, working with leading global brands on high-profile campaigns.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Production Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through every stage of a project and ensuring they feel supported and excited about the work. You’ll build strong, long-term partnerships, helping clients see Yeti not just as a supplier, but as a creative partner.
You’ll sit at the intersection of client, creative, and production — making sure projects stay on track from pre-production right through to post. You’ll keep timelines moving, budgets in check and feedback flowing.
This is a role for someone who loves both the people and the work — someone who can talk confidently about ideas, manage budgets and timings, and always keep the bigger picture in mind.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll have proven experience in building and managing project timelines end-to-end. Significant experience in account, project management, production (or a hybrid client-facing role), ideally across sport, fashion, lifestyle or culture-driven projects.
With the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once, you’ll keep delivery watertight while balancing creative ambition with commercial realities. Confident with senior clients and suppliers (including post-production), you’ll pair strong organisational skills with calm authority, thriving in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Most importantly, you’re excited by creative work but your passion lies in client relationships, account management, shaping projects and making great work happen.
Note: This role is designed as a client-facing career path for someone with relevant experience and offers opportunities to grow into Account Director or Client Services leadership as Yeti grows. It’s not a stepping stone into an Art Director or Creative position.
