We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate tutor(s) within Gloucestershire and the surrounding area to support young people who are currently out of education due to a range of needs, including having an EHCP, ongoing health conditions, or having been excluded from school .
The Role as a Tutor:
* One-to-one tuition in the young person’s home or within the local community
* Support learners to re-engage with education through personalised learning plans
* Deliver core subject tuition (and beyond where applicable)
* Build trust and confidence in a safe, supportive learning environment
Key Details for this Tutor:
* Flexible, temporary work based on the learner’s individual needs
* Hourly pay – funded support provision
* Ongoing Tutor referrals available across Medway and surrounding areas
Ideal Candidate for this Tutor position:
* Experienced in working with SEND, SEMH, or disengaged learners
* Confident delivering lessons independently and adapting to varied needs
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient
* Able to travel locally for face-to-face tuition
