We are in the midst of a multi-year programme that will help us not only achieve our Target Operating Model but also integrate change with ongoing operational delivery and improvement projects. We’re already making great progress with a new Executive Team, a new COO function, moving from five to nine regions in our Southern network (creating closer communities for our people) plus introducing new processes and organisational structure to optimise efficiency. Where required, the role will act as a support function to the Portfolio Management Office and may involve administrative services such as meeting arrangements, meeting slide preparation, risk management tracking and update, completion and circulation of meeting minutes.
