We're seeking an experienced Senior Release and Deployment Analyst to lead the planning and execution of software releases acrossplex environments. This is a senior, delivery-focused role that requires practical experience in release management, deployment automation and transition to live services.
You'll be accountable for ensuring the safe, efficient, and controlled introduction of technology change into live operations, protecting business continuity while enabling rapid delivery. We're looking for someone who'sfortable scripting, configuring tools, and solving real-world deployment challenges.
You'll operate across agile delivery squads, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to ensure deployments are well-planned, technically sound, and aligned with enterprise service readiness standards.
What You'll Do
1. Take ownership of end-to-end release and deployment activities across multiple technology stacks.
2. Lead and execute deployments into production and pre-production environments - hands-on.
3. Ensure deployment automation pipelines (CI/CD) are effectively maintained and optimised.
4. Evaluate release readiness, confirm service acceptance criteria, and manage rollback plans.
5. Collaborate with developers, testers, infrastructure, and support teams to identify and resolve deployment blockers early.
6. Define, enforce, and continuously improve release policies andernance.
7. Provide early life support and ensure a smooth handover into operational support.
8. Drive environment provisioning and manage technical dependencies across projects.
What You'll Bring
9. Extensive hands-on experience in release and deployment management in a senior or lead capacity.
10. Knowledge of CI/CD tooling and scripting ( Git, GitHub PowerShell, Azure DevOps).
11. Deep understanding of the SDLC, service transition and change/releaseernance inplex environments.
12. Proven ability to plan and deliver enterprise-scale releases with multiple integrations and interdependencies.
13. Solid experience managing and troubleshooting deployments across cloud, hybrid and legacy infrastructure.
14. Experience working in fast-paced Agile/DevOps environments.
