Digital Marketing Manager - Engagement
12 month FTC up to £33,000 per annum
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - Engagement to join the Digital Marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for driving new and existing customers into our Pubs and Hotels through an online multi-channel approach. We pride ourselves on providing a relevant and personalised experience for all our customers, which in turn drives visits and increased spend.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement customer engagement and e-commerce optimisation strategies to increase bookings and covers from our digital estate.
* Devise and implement a digital testing framework to deliver rapid, actionable results.
* Optimize website performance, including speed, usability, and conversion rates.
* Analyse data, customer behaviour, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with wider digital and commercial teams to implement campaign activity for our pubs.
* Support the digital and commercial teams on the digital execution of new pub formats.
* Monitor and report on key data points to ensure results are delivered timely.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital strategies.
* Work closely with the IT team to ensure website functionality and security.
Skills & Qualities:
* Working knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies and technology.
* Understanding of SEO, paid media channels, and analytics.
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) within an e-commerce environment.
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
* Effective communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Guest-obsessed with a passion for delivering a great guest experience.
