Purpose of the role To oversee Procurement team and manage Procurement KPI’s and department objectives; reporting into the Facilities and Compliance Manager. Day-Day managing of the team and support for compliance supervisor and Facilities Manager. Key accountabilities Management of KPIs for Procurement processes Purchasing(Raising of purchase order, goods receipting, and investigation of queries) Procurement engagement with company procurement team including tenders, SLA’s and management of preferred suppliers Oversee and collate month end tasks General ledger (Journal input, reconciliations, reviews) Facilities administration Compliance for P2P Procurement Supervisor for facilities and compliance department – Day to Day reporting into Facilities Manager Review processes and procedures implemented; manage and improve best practises EOM Business packs for P2P Implement P2P archive Directly responsible for 2 employees contractors when required. Will work towards wider responsibility of reports.
