Responsibilities
* Strategic Network Design & Scenario Modelling: Architect the future of our supply chain using advanced analytics and predictive modelling. Drive long-term planning using data simulations to optimise capacity, cost, and service.
* Insight-Driven Decision Making: Build powerful dashboards and tools that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. Influence senior stakeholders with compelling business cases rooted in evidence.
* AI, Automation & Digital Simplification: Lead the rollout of machine learning and intelligent automation across supply chain processes. Replace legacy systems with streamlined, tech-enabled solutions that scale.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire and grow a high-performing analytics team. Act as the bridge between supply chain, commercial, and technology teams to embed data-first thinking.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in supply chain analytics, strategy, or planning—ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG.
* Strong command of SQL, Python, Excel, and modern data platforms.
* A track record of simplifying complexity and delivering automation.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A passion for innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
