We currently have fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team across the Norton Cluster, this is a part time role including, weekdays, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.
Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same, which is what makes the role exciting! It encompasses a range of day to day activities dependent on the individuals needs, including:
Being up for an adventure and a challenge
Fulfilling the individuals dreams and wishes
Having the enthusiasm and passion to care about the individuals needs and making a positive impact on their lives
We have a fantastic training programme that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role. What we do need is someone with a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and a willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
