Head of Reward, Systems & People Analytics | £130k-£140k | Business Critical Leadership Role

This is a dual-purpose senior role combining strategic reward leadership with cutting-edge people analytics and HR systems management. You'll be the strategic partner to C-suite leadership (CEO, COO, UK MD) with full autonomy to make business decisions that shape our global compensation strategy.

* Lead a team of 12 professionals
* Drive major transformation projects from day one
What You'll Do
Strategic Reward Leadership:
* Develop and execute comprehensive reward strategies across salary, bonuses, benefits and recognition
* Lead annual compensation reviews and bonus scheme design
* Conduct sophisticated benchmarking analysis and market positioning
* Build and implement innovative bonus schemes that drive performance
People Analytics & Systems:
* Design data-driven insights and dashboards for workforce metrics
* Lead HRIS implementation and optimisation projects
* Champion process automation and system integration
* Present complex analytics to senior stakeholders with confidence
Stakeholder Management:
* Navigate challenging conversations with partners and senior lawyers who analyse every detail
* Influence and engage confidently at the highest levels
* Build consensus across complex partnership structures
Essential Experience:
* Legal/Professional Services background with deep understanding of partnership models
* Proven track record in senior reward roles with full compensation lifecycle experience
* Major project management experience with demonstrable delivery success
* Bonus scheme design and implementation expertise
* HR Analytics and data interpretation capabilities
* Experience managing challenging stakeholders with confidence and gravitas
Desirable:
* Generative AI knowledge and its impact on professional services
* SAP SuccessFactors experience
* Track record of operating successfully in periods of change and ambiguity
