We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and customer experience across three live new home developments. This role is perfect for a hands-on, motivated leader who can inspire site-based sales teams, ensure targets are met, and deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day sales activity across 3 live developments, ensuring all sales targets and KPIs are achieved.

Coach, support, and motivate Sales Consultants to maximise their potential and deliver consistently high standards.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure show homes, marketing suites, and customer areas reflect brand and quality standards.

Review weekly sales figures, customer enquiries, and conversion rates; develop action plans to boost performance where necessary.

Ensure strict compliance with the company’s sales processes, reservation procedures, and legal obligations.

Work closely with the Marketing team to drive footfall and local awareness of developments.

Liaise with build, technical, and customer care teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer handover experience.

Manage staffing levels across the 3 developments, including recruitment, onboarding, and cover planning.
