Are you an experienced Account Manager looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a dedicated specialist operation? We are seeking a Sales Account Manage r to join the team at any of our CCF Branches, in any of these locations Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth or Reading.
Where will you be working?
CCF is the leading nationwide distributor of insulation and interior building products and
solutions to the construction industry, supplying drywall, ceilings, flooring and fire protection to building specialists, contractors and builders through a network of over 35 branches.
Our branch based Account Managers will be the” goto” colleagues in our region for sales excellence and will support our branches to deliver trading profit growth.
1. Supporting the branches/region by contacting customers who are lapsed/dormant or new, in order to determine if they will be looking to spend now or in the near future
2. Working and developing our 501+ customer strategy across the region whilst
3. receiving orders, gathering information and verifying details
4. Working on the management of our internal ledgered customers and demonstrating the ability to hunt the right accounts and develop them into CCF customers
What will I be doing?
5. Driving new business initiatives to targeted trade category customers, identifying
6. sales leads and opportunities, working with the branch teams
7. Through consistent planning, make the most effective use of time as a resource to achieve objectives
8. Focus on developing lapsed non ledgered relationships between customer & branch(internal sales), credit services or external representatives
9. Effectively engage and educate customers on CCF service and product proposition, by making outbound calls (warm and cold) to targeted and qualified prospects
10. Onboarding all new accounts
11. Use of Sales Hub system to maintain, qualify and re-qualify accurate records of existing customer contacts and data allowing to maximise opportunities
