Are you an experienced professional in the office fit-out sector with a passion for delivering excellence from the very start of a project? We're seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping, planning, and driving successful projects from concept through to handover.
What you'll be doing:
* Developing RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers.
* Organising and leading site visits with clients and suppliers.
* Producing accurate project costings and delivery plans.
* Leading client discussions and maintaining strong professional relationships.
* Arranging and chairing project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements
* Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans.
* Strong contract negotiation experience.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in the office fit-out sector (or related field).
* Good working knowledge of building regulations.
* Full UK driving licence.
Qualifications:
* Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
* Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent).
