Act as the lead decision-maker during duty shifts, ensuring high standards of safety, service, and presentation. Manage and respond to any operational challenges or emergencies with professionalism and calm authority. Conduct daily inspections to maintain top-tier standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with Facilities, Security, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations. Support staff training, performance, and engagement initiatives to promote a positive, guest-first culture. About You You'll be a confident, proactive leader with a passion for operational excellence and delivering memorable experiences. Essential: 2 years' experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a busy, customer-facing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams. Proven experience in health and safety compliance and risk management. A calm, decisive approach to problem-solving and crisis management. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Desirable: Experience working in a major visitor attraction, leisure, or events venue. First Aid or IOSH certification. Experience in financial or resource management. Why Apply?
