A part time position, working 22.5 hours a week Wednesday to Friday, has arisen in our manufacturing clients headquarters near Camberley. This is an initial 8-month contract job sharing with a part time Senior Export Sales Administrator, and youll need previous global export experience for this role.
This role will manage product orders and custom project orders for a broad range of equipment, acknowledging orders received, applying for export licences, organising worldwide shipments, ensuring strict compliance with all regulations.
The Export Sales Administrator role involves:
Progressing POs and contracts from customers and liaising with the Engineering/Project team regarding more complex customer orders
Attending regular meetings on all Project orders to ensure the project plan is being adhered to
Applying for export licences, including SIELs, OIELs, ensuring the correct use of OGELs and applying for Control List Classifications for new products
Monitoring delivery schedules, ensuring the Production plans will achieve committed dates, liaising with external customers and internal departments
Accurately maintaining the product database, liaising with the Engineering department to obtain export licence and control list classification information
Managing the life cycle of the shipment of equipment to customers across the world, ensuring all documentation is in place, regulations are adhered to, and any drivers handling equipment are fully qualified/certificated to handle hazardous goods.
Were looking for previous Export Sales Admin experience in a similar environment, with knowledge of ERP and CRM systems. Previous experience shipping lithium batteries by air, road and sea will be needed.
Ideally, youll have up to date knowledge of applying for export licences, but this isnt essential.
