Job Overview
This role is a 360-recruitment position with responsibility for generating new applicants, managing the onboarding process, identity checks, referencing and DBS checks. The purpose is to support the resourcing life cycle from candidate acquisition to onboarding, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Proactively search for CVs using available search licenses.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of staff.
* Work with internal and external partners to source candidates, including using available advertising methods.
* Ensure advertised roles support the growth and safe delivery of care.
* Promote the benefits of working for CareTech.
* Oversee the recruitment of new applications and ensure the process is delivered end to end within a reasonable period.
* Assess candidate suitability for the role.
* Ensure carers are compliant before approval for work by collecting and tracking paperwork.
* Communicate with candidates regularly throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
