Senior Product Designer | UX & UI | Salary £65-75k | Hybrid (Surrey once a week + client visits across Southern England)
Would you like to be the very first Product Designer at a Tech4Good organisation whose products impact the daily lives of people across the entire UK?
I’m working with a small but long-established organisation (20 years strong!) who provide invaluable services to councils across the country. They’re now expanding their tech product range, and this hire will be the first of several as they establish their product & design function.
This is a unique opportunity to step in as the sole designer, shaping the design culture from scratch. You’ll take full ownership of product design end-to-end; from conducting in-depth user research to building out a design system that underpins a suite of new products.
You’ll be embedded in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with engineering and product colleagues, but also expected to operate with high levels of autonomy and proactivity.
