We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee procurement, contracting, and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality in the acquisition of Pharmaceutical, Veterinary or Consumer Goods industry, while supporting the implementation of occupational health, safety, and quality management systems.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with public and private entities.
* Coordinate purchasing processes to ensure timely delivery of medical and industrial equipment.
* Support the design and implementation of Safety and Health Management Systems (SST) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
* Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations.
* Prepare reports and documentation for compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Experience in procurement, contracting, or supply chain management (healthcare sector preferred).
* Knowledge of occupational health and safety systems (SST) and quality management systems (QMS).
* Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management tools.
* Contract management and supplier evaluation.
