Full Time Salaried Sports Coach Required

We are a sport, dance & gymnastics coaching provider that offers a complete sports coaching service to schools, and an extensive range of extra-curricular sports clubs and holiday sports camps for children. As we continue to grow we are looking for like-minded individuals who can deliver sessions in line with our ethos.
Candidates must have:
* Ideally a degree level sports/dance/fitness related qualification or at least a Level 2 NGB (or equivalent) coaching badge in any sport with considerable delivery experience.
* A car as they will be covering numerous schools in different areas.
* A passion for sport/dance/gymnastics coaching.
* Confidence in delivering a fun, engaging curriculum PE lessons and sports clubs independently.
* Experience coaching children of a primary school age.
* Good behaviour management skills.
* A hardworking, willing, problem-solving, can-do attitude.
* Good communication skills.
* A friendly personality with the ability to build good working relationships with school staff and participants in sessions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* DBS checks, first aid/safeguarding training are desirable but not essential as we can arrange these.

This full time salaried position pays £28,000. The successful applicant will receive some mentoring in this role from the company Director or a Senior Coach with a view to progress them further. The role comes with 28 days paid holiday a year and a pension scheme.
