Job Description
We’re hiring for a Senior Project Manager! You will play a crucial role in managing large-scale, creative & digital campaigns and being the primary client contact. You’ll be responsible for defining project scope, managing plans, and coordinating team activities that directly support our mission to deliver exceptional creative campaigns. Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
* Define roles and allocate tasks within project teams.
* Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
* Create, track, and own comprehensive project plans.
* Contribute to business development efforts through accurate scoping and estimating.
* Develop strong rapports with clients to uncover hidden needs.
* Motivate and develop your project team for optimal performance.
* Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, Resource and Experience
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency environment, running integrated campaigns
* Strong understanding of PRINCE2 and/or Agile methodologies.
* Excellent client-facing communication and meeting facilitation skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Competence in developing structured project plans.
* Strong business process orientation.
* Experience leading project teams of 4 or more people
