We are hiring for our client, a global leader in their sector, who are seeking an experienced Reward Partner to join their People & Culture team. This is a high-impact role leading the delivery of global reward strategy across a complex, international organisation.

The Role:
* Deliver and maintain competitive salary structures and benefits programmes
* Lead annual pay review processes and incentive schemes
* Coordinate executive compensation cycles and remuneration reporting
* Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation and reward analysis
* Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
* Manage UK benefit providers including renewals and compliance (GPG reporting)
* Advise managers on compensation and benefits matters
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
* Support broader HR policy development aligned to business strategy
* Promote fairness, transparency and consistency in reward practices
The Person:
* Strong experience within compensation, benefits or reward
* Advanced Excel capability (formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling)
* Experience in job evaluation and market benchmarking
* Strong knowledge of UK benefits legislation
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
* Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
