Job Description
3. Oversee the development of asset and liability management strategies.
4. Identify and manage balance sheet risks.
5. Prepare and present ALM reports to senior management.
6. Collaborate with different teams to develop financial models.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
8. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ALM function.
10. Support the training and development of the ALM team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ALM Manager should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
12. Experience in Asset Liability Management.
13. Strong knowledge of balance sheet management and financial modelling.
14. High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
16. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
