Key Responsibilities
* Run the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality guest experience.
* Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality while controlling costs.
* Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance.
* Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, experiences, offers and events.
* Manage rota planning.
* Collaborate with the General Manager on all weddings and events related function sheet planning and coordination.
* Staff management: Hiring, training, and scheduling employees while fostering a positive work environment.
* Compliance and Safety: ensuring adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Key Skills
* Proven experience as a restaurant and bar manager in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate a team.
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a hands‑on approach.
* Sommelier or mixology experience.
* Strong IT skills to manage reservation systems.
* Licensing qualifications: accredited licensing qualifications to sell alcohol.
* Customer service excellence: handling guest interactions and ensuring a great experience.
