The role
* You’ll be responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of high-impact initiatives focused on organisational improvement, staff experience, and fair and transparent processes.
* Working across academic and professional services teams, you’ll take ownership of project planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery — ensuring projects are implemented effectively and drive meaningful outcomes.

* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risk logs, and governance processes

* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels
* Experience supporting or delivering change, transformation, or improvement initiatives
* Solid understanding of project management tools and approaches (planning, risk, governance, reporting)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable
* Experience working in a higher education or research environment
* Exposure to people, culture, or organisational change initiatives
* Understanding of governance structures in large organisations
Why apply?
* Work on meaningful projects that impact staff experience and organisational effectiveness
* Join a collaborative and forward-thinking environment
* Opportunity to contribute to long-term strategic change within a respected institution
If you’re a proactive Project Manager who enjoys working in people-focused, stakeholder-heavy environments, we’d love to hear from you
