These roles are based in our Farnborough office however we do offer hybrid working and are proud to be a flexible organisation.Your responsibilities as a Total Rewards Intern will include:Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the Siemens Total Reward strategy and related activities, aiming to drive consistency, systems alignment and optimisationCollaborate with regional teams to gain deep insights into diverse reward strategies globallyPrepare impactful content, data analyses and market reviews for key stakeholders on various compensation & benefits topicsPartner with the Total Rewards team on reward related projects, and in some instances lead activities, and engage with Executive Management, HR and Corporate DepartmentsCreate dynamic and engaging communications materials to effectively launch projects and initiativesWorking alongside Global HR teams to design and implement robust end-to-end reward processes that create consistency, align with global HR ecosystems and support scalabilityDevelop an understanding of our peopleneeds and the business expectations, ensuring alignment with the Total Rewards strategyWhat do I need to apply?Working towards or have achieved a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant Business-related subjectPassionate about making a difference, curious, analytical, and strong in managing projects and meeting deadlinesCreative thinker who challenges the status quo and contributes new ideasEnthusiastic about people and numbers, capable of working independently on projectsTeam player willing to take on various tasks, with the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and liaise with people at all levels within SiemensStrong written and verbal communication skillsWilling to analyse large data sets and possesses good time management skillsProficient in PowerPoint and ExcelDesirable knowledge of PowerBI and PowerAppsWhat is in it for me?Through working at Siemens, you will have access to a wide range of benefits.Siemens offers 26 days of paid holiday, and we embrace our corporate responsibility, offering 5 paid volunteering days that allow you to make a meaningful impact on society.
