We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from September. About the Role: As an HLTA, you will work alongside class teachers to support lesson delivery across a range of subjects. Your focus will be providing tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, helping to ensure every child reaches their full potential. You’ll assist in lesson planning, contribute to maintaining an engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and support students’ overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons that promote student focus and progress Provide one-to-one and small group assistance both inside and outside the classroom Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment Support the emotional and wellbeing needs of students Assist with administrative duties including resource preparation and monitoring pupil progress Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs when necessary Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
