The Role
Bolton Library and Museum services are seeking a visitor focused Supervisor to oversee the operational delivery and development of our libraries, museum and visitor experience. Central to this role is the delivery of effective frontline services for our visitors, and the development of engagement with both partner organisations and the community. The postholder will be based at Central library and will also work across a cluster of sites within the library and museum service.
The postholder would be required to work to a shift pattern. More information on this can be found in the attached ‘Rota’ document.
About You
With a demonstrable knowledge and experience of visitor experience and excellent all-round communication skills, you’ll support and develop a team of staff, setting priorities to ensure our visitors are central to how we deliver our service. You’ll also need the desire and ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners to further develop the service we offer to the community.
