CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site in Vauxhall, London He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work
* Monday - Friday
* 08:00am - 17:00pm
* £25per hour dependingon experience
* Temp on going
Key duties & Responsibilities
* Planned and reactive maintenance
* HVAC Systems
* Emergency lighting tests
* Control Panels
* Changing Ballast
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
* Maintain and update Log books
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* Pumps, motors
Requirements
* Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
* Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled
* Good communication skills
