About The Role
As a Lecturer of Plumbing at EKC Group, you will teach, train, and assess students in various learning environments, ensuring an excellent learning experience. Your role will include providing support to learners to help them achieve their potential and leading designated study programmes and/or courses, with a key responsibility for the design, delivery, and evaluation of programmes.

About You
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and capable of planning and delivering engaging lessons with strong interpersonal skills. You will assess and track student progress to inform interventions, ensuring all students develop essential skills.
Experience in teaching or workplace training is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. You should have a positive outlook, empathy, and strong class management skills.
You should be able to teach a range of plumbing courses from Level 1 to Level 3 and motivate learners to succeed.

Note: Salary scales have two points. All candidates start at the introductory scale unless criteria are met. Progression to higher scale occurs after one full academic year of teaching, subject to approval. Internal applicants may qualify for the higher scale but should seek clarification.
