We’re excited to be looking for a Property Care Planner to join our External Delivery Admin Team. You’ll work collaboratively with managers, supervisors, operatives, contractors and customers daily to deliver a seamless service, ensuring we provide an excellent customer experience at all stages of our planned delivery.
You will be responsible for arranging surveys, ordering materials, maintaining accurate data on our housing management system, planning and managing operatives’ diaries to ensure efficiency across the geography and acting as our customer liaison.
This is a fast‑paced, often changing environment and previous planning experience will be an advantage.
