Lead the response to security incidents, including identification, containment, eradication, and recovery. Ensure all changes related to system environment are conducted in line with change control Requirements Degree or National Diploma Information Technology or related. 5 years’ experience in system management in a Microsoft environment. Backup software and Microsoft Server i.e. SCCM/ SCOM/Security/MCSE certifications ITIL will be an added advantage. Advanced server operating system experience (Windows and Linux) TCP/IP protocol tools and utilities. The ability to work under pressure and independently, communicate technical information to non-technical. personnel, install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware and software. Knowledge of ICT security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Backups software, SCCM, SCOM and Patch management.
