Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. Applications are welcomed from recent graduates with a relevant Architectural Technology degree through to candidates with around three years' industry experience.

Daily Duties
* Producing technical drawing packages and detailed construction information
* Assisting with planning and building regulation submissions
* Supporting project delivery across a range of sectors and project scales
* Working collaboratively with architects, landscape architects, ecologists, and other in-house specialists
* Using Vectorworks to prepare high-quality technical designs
* Coordinating technical information with consultants and contractors
* Assisting with site visits and project meetings
* Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed deadlines and quality standards
Ideal Candidate
* Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* Open to graduates through to candidates with circa three years' experience
* Proficiency in Vectorworks would be advantageous but not essential
* Strong technical detailing and problem-solving abilities
* Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude
* Passion for sustainable and high-quality design
* Keen to develop professionally within a supportive consultancy environment
