About the Company - A leading Risk Management Consultancy is seeking a highly qualified Health, Safety & Fire Consultant to join their expanding team, covering clients across Belfast and surrounding areas. This is a home-based role with regional travel, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across both commercial and residential settings.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Membership of IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (Essential)
* A recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification (e.g., IFE, IFSM, or equivalent, Level 3)
* Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments and health & safety audits in residential and commercial environments
* Full UK Driving License
* A strong background advising clients across multiple sectors on compliance and best practices
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across properties
* Provide tailored Health & Safety management systems and documentation to meet client needs
* Carry out and produce detailed fire risk assessments and safety audits in accordance with UK legislation
* Generate clear and actionable Health & Safety management reports
* Deliver expert consultancy, training, and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with UK legislation
* Conduct audits and inspections to assess and improve safety standards across multiple sites
* Advise clients on all aspects of UK Health, Safety & Fire legislation, ensuring legal compliance
Pay range and compensation: up to £47,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits. Home-Based with regional travel.
