Senior Executive Assistant - Corporate Solutions
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced Executive Business Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for the EVP of Mastercard Corporate Solutions, as well as general assistance across departmental and office activities.
About the Role:
The Executive Assistant acts as the administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing client visits or meetings and communicating on behalf of the supported executive. This role fosters a positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities include:
1. Perform general administrative duties such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, expense reporting, and prioritizing sensitive matters.
2. Distribute meeting materials, screen emails, electronically file documents, order supplies, and maintain department records.
3. Prepare correspondence, emails, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
4. Plan leadership meetings, offsite team events, and customer engagements.
5. Develop and produce reports as assigned.
6. Maintain and update internal and external distribution lists for email correspondence.
7. Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the operating unit and maintain spreadsheets or databases for departmental information.
8. Research special topics as needed.
9. Assist in preparing and maintaining departmental budgets.
10. Monitor and coordinate the work of other employees or temporary/contract resources.
About You:
* Extensive administrative experience in a corporate environment, interfacing with C-suite executives, senior customers, and board members.
* Strong knowledge of department budgets.
* Proficiency in Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with expense management platforms.
* Advanced administrative support experience, preferably within a matrixed, cross-functional, and global organization.
* Experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
* Professionalism, discretion, and experience handling confidential information.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to add value.
* Collaborative, positive attitude, open to feedback.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
