Alexander Steele Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading food manufacturer based in the Leeds area who are currently looking to appoint a new HR Coordinator to collaborate with the wider HR function on general administration and recruitment strategy. On offer: * Salary is £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Company pension * Five days a week on site The role: Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will assist the department with HR delivery in the factory and recruitment needs. The successful candidate is tasked with maintaining employee records, providing advice to factory workers and handling contracts for new starters.
